V-23 Menu/UI

Hello, 

this is a small update about adding a true base-UI to the game and reducing by a lot the memory usage of it, I had to remove the in game HUD because it is now deprecated with the current version but I will add it back at the next update.

-Reduce memory usage (by around 79%).

-Add a main menu.

-Add a pause menu .

-Improved the biome generation.

-Remove (temporarily) the in game HUD.

Next update will be about adding back the in game HUD and improving it. (will be very soon).
